My stay started immediately well with Rafael greeting me at reception....really pleasant and professional. Had nice exchanges with all staff, definitely the friendly cooks of the superb omelettes (an excellent breakfast buffet). My room and bed were very comfortable, too.

The style of the room was really nice! The bed had only one mattress that was perfect! The bathtub and bathroom itself was really nice and the doors were a really nice touch! Even if there was a wedding in the hotel it was really quiet in the room.

It was a short business stay which fit my needs. The hotel is well located and although almost on the corner of a big road I had a good night in a quiet room. The room was clean and in good shape, besides the button to switch off the AC which was quite resistant until it reacted.

Exceptionally well equipped, stylish and modern rooms. Very friendly staff who made our stay even more pleasant and efficient. One of the best hotels I've a ever stayed in.

the hotel was modern and spacious enough and i loved the bathtub. Hotel was 20 mins away from main city centre but easily accessible by tram so no issues for us.
